GENERAL

What does the door ordering process look like?
  1. Choose your door. Every home is unique and you can choose from our wide selection to find the perfect door to suit your style.
  2. Review the door build (door finish, glass design, measurement, hardware and jamb) and checkout using a payment method of your choice.
  3. To make sure your door works in your home, our Measurement Service team will schedule a quick appointment to confirm your door measurement.
  4. Your entry door will ship after 3 to 4 weeks and you'll be notified of your order status.
  5. Installation team will contact you to schedule an appointment to deliver and install your brand new front door.

PAYMENT & ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay.

All transactions are in US Dollars.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will have someone from our measurement service team schedule an appointment with you to ensure a perfect fit. You have up until the measuring team confirms the measurements with manufacturing to change or cancel the order.

We are unable to interfere with the process once the door has started being built.
Make sure to know the style you want and get the right measurements with us before then!


Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is pending. Once you have a measurement consultation, we will process your order to be manufactured and you will receive another email confirming this. If for some reason, you did not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order went through.

How long until my order is sent out?

Where are my items shipped from?

Orders are shipped from warehouse locations in the United States and China depending on the product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

If a door is measured and installed with our team, and there is a sizing issue, we will offer a return and full refund covering both the door and installation costs.


However, if an external contractor is engaged for the installation, regrettably, we cannot facilitate returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

We recommend utilizing our dedicated installation team to ensure a seamless experience and the best possible outcome for your door installation.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your merchandise.
